Buying event tickets at FAMITICKET

• Actual site may be different. Not all events have seat selection. Not all events have multiple ticket tier.

Guide on buying event tickets at FAMITICKET.

1. Go to their website: https://www.famiticket.com.tw

2. Login

Click the left-most option from the buttons at the top

Provide the necessary information. Login

** PRO TIP: Do this ahead of time. If the event ticket selling starts at 11:00AM. Login at 10:58AM :)

3. Follow the pictures below.

Click on the event. 

You can do this ahead of time. You just need to refresh the page when the selling starts. 

Buy ticket button is the top pink box. You can also see this button at the bottom of the page.

Select your desired schedule.

Select the ticket tier that you want to purchase

Select how many ticket do you need.

Select if you prefer random seat or not.

** PRO TIP: If you are aiming for VIP, select the random seating option. It will save you time. Also it is highly recommended to select 1-2 seats per transaction since it will be hard for the system to select a random vacant 3-4 seats. Time is very important when buying VIP tickets

A seat will be assigned to you for 30minutes.

If there are no available seats for your ticket tier, it will show an error and you will have to start all over again.

** PRO TIP: Select the first option FamiPort取票. You can claim your event ticket inside any Family Mart stores once you arrive in Taiwan. 

Pretend that you read and understand the terms and conditions.

Key in your credit card details. 

4. DONE. Congratulations on your purchase.

In the event that the site becomes unavailable due to traffic overload. Just refresh the screen and try again. If you are already in the payment section, check your shopping cart to go back to the payment screen. Its the right most option at the top of the website. (where the login button is)
