After putting it in a standard card sleeve, here's the side-by-side comparison of its thickness.

The Side-In Perfects looks thicker that the perfect fit but they are actually the same in thickness. there's just more air inside the sleeve since the side-ins have wider opening vs the perfect fits. 

when you look at the side-by-side after putting them in a standard sleeves, you'll see that they are very similar in thickness.

I have also tested the KMC Side-in Perfects with the following sleeve brand. (photos below)

Do I recommend this product? Yes. Nothing really to elaborate on this one. Its a basic perfect fit sleeves except it's side-loading. It should work well in your standard sized trading cards with no problem.

- Trading Cards used in the photos are Magic the Gathering cards. Each pile consists of 75 cards, which is a default count of a Magic the Gathering deck.
